The Design Process

Please DO NOT skip through this part.  Please take the time to read it through carefully and that you agree with the terms set on this page.

MOST IMPORTANT THING IS OPEN COMMUNICATION AND QUICK RESPONSE TIME.

I really want your feedback so I can take the time to make a design that is not only as unique as you are but also functional to you.  As always, please feel free to send me emails to let me know your thoughts. 

The Design Process

1.) Take time to fill out the Customer Questionnaire and submit your full payment. 

2.) After the full payment has been submitted, I will add you to my wait list and I will be in contact with you with further questions I may have.  At that time, I will also let you know an approximate date on when your design will be started.

3.) When you are up on the wait list, I will email you to let you know that I have started.  I will prepare a concept for you and we will go from there.  I will only do 3 revisions from that point.  I want you to love your site, so during this period it is important that your respond promptly to my emails. 

If I don't hear back from you within 72 hours, I will have to put you back on the wait list, so I may give my other clients proper attention as well.

4.) At this point, we will probably be corresponding quite frequently through email. I want to hear what you love and don't love, what we can do to fix, and change it. 
Then I will head back and make those changes.

5.) If at anytime we might feel you need more revisions than the 3, please note, if it infringes on the time for my next clients, I will let you know.  At that time, it may be that we need to add my hourly rate of $40/hr to accomodate your needs.

6.)  Don't worry,  normally it doesn't take more than that for you to fall in love with the concepts.  The more feedback I get from you, the better it is for me to design for you.

7.)  Once you love, I load it on a test site, then we go from there.  Tweaking to ensure that you love your new blog site.

New to Blogger (follow these steps):
Go to Blogger.com and follow the simple steps to your free blog all set up.  Then once you are in your blogger dashboard, please click on settings, then permissions.  You can then add my email address as an author.  I will be sent a link via email to verify.  Once I do that, please go back into your permissions and add me as an admin.  You can remove me once the design process is done.

8.) If you already have a blog, then I ask that you please backup your blog.  Once you have done that, then I will go ahead and load on the new design.  I usually try to do this at night as not to affect your blog time during the day.  Your blog will be fully functional during the install, however, things may be moving around.

9.) Once it is done you are ready to share it with the world!!

10.)  After the install, please feel free to play around with your new design.  I will then submit my final payment.  If you need anything else tweaked or changed, I give my clients 1 hour of post install time to help with anything else additional that needs to be tweaked or change.  This does not include major changes to site, once approved by you and installed, only minor changes will be done.  If you would like a major change, that will incure my hourly rate of $40/hr.
